Terms and conditions for Amaze Hotels. All rates we quote are, of course, subject to availability and alteration. All special offers quoted are limited and subject to availability and may be subject to a minimum stay.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Amaze Hotels cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions and we reserve the right to change information and descriptions of listed hotels and products and to amend the manifest error in the quoted prices.

ALL BOOKINGS

The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings whether made online on the hotel website or made by telephone, via voucher, or in person. When you make a booking, your contract (which includes these terms and conditions) will be with Gomersal Park Hotel. All rates are subject to availability, all bookings are taken at the discretion of Gomersal Park Hotel. The hotel has a minimum age requirement of 18 years old for booking a hotel room. If you arrive at the hotel and are under 18 years of age you will not be permitted to stay alone. We may require photo ID as proof of age.

Valuables

No responsibility can be accepted by the hotel for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought to the establishment. The Hotel will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or loss, however caused, to our residents, their property and belongings unless it is solely due to negligence of the Company, its employees or agents.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ONLINE BOOKINGS

Please note that different terms, conditions and cancellation policies in relation to all online bookings via all the Amaze branded websites may apply, depending on the hotel and room or rate type selected. Please read the room rate details that are provided carefully before you make your online booking.

Once your booking is made, you will also receive an email outlining your reference number and reservation details.

In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, you will need your confirmation reference number, as well as the email address used to make the reservation.

NON-PERFORMANCE

If for reasons beyond the hotel’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, strikes, labour disputes, acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities, civil disorder, disaster, acts of war, acts of God, fires, flood or other emergency conditions, or due to any delay in necessary and essential repairs of the hotel, the hotel is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement, the non-performance is excused and the hotel may terminate the original agreement without further liability of any nature. In no event shall the hotel be liable for consequential damages of any nature, for any reason whatsoever.

ADVANCED PURCHASE RATE

When booking an Advance Purchase Rate your credit card will be charged for the entire stay at the time of booking and the cost is completely non-refundable. A cancellation or change will result in forfeit of the cost of the reservation.

PAYMENT & PAY AS YOU GO

You will be asked to guarantee your booking with a debit or credit card including your 3 digit security code. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa & Visa Delta. In order to support a contactless payment system, all bookings are to be paid in full on arrival. Additionally, goods and services are to be paid for as you go (pre-authorisation or room charges will not be available).

PACKAGES

All packages are available at any Amaze Hotels, subject to room availability. If you book a Stay Longer package and check out early, you will be charged for the full stay.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made within the cancellation period signified on the reservation confirmation. If notice of cancellation is not received by 12pm on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge one night’s accommodation. Please note that some rates (e.g. Advance Purchase and Last Minute Rates) are non-refundable and in the event of a no-show, the full charge of the booking is taken from your credit card.

PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS

All promotional offers are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the specific webpage. All special offers are subject to availability. These offers are valid on new bookings only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion

SITE USE

Our  website and all other Amaze Hotels branded websites are intended to assist in determining availability and booking your hotel reservation. Apart from printing information in connection with your travel, you are not allowed to reproduce, replicate, sell, resell or otherwise exploit these websites unless we provide you with prior written permission to do so.

ELIGIBILITY OF USE

Use of all Amaze Hotels branded websites is restricted to people over the age of 18 who can enter into binding contracts.

PASSWORDS

We urge all our customers to protect accounts passwords and accept responsibility for all account activity that occurs as a result.

We provide links to other sites that we believe may be of interest to you but we are not endorsing or recommending these sites or the services or material provided by them. We, therefore, accept no responsibility for the materials, services or other situations at or related to, or from, any other website.

This contract is governed by the laws of Great Britain.

You hereby waive any and all claims against us and our subsidiaries and hotels arising out of your use of our websites or any materials or recommendations of any third parties on our website.

PRICING ERRORS

The company and Amaze Hotels reserve the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information having been displayed in relation to price or service.

RATES

All rates quoted are per room per night, are subject to availability and include Value Added Tax (VAT) & Services. Special rates quoted cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion except Leisure break vouchers. Supplements will be applied for single and family room occupancy and when Premium, Deluxe or Suites are selected. From 1st April 2022 VAT on accommodation, food and non-alcoholic beverages will be charged at 20%. On golf, spa, alcoholic beverages and sundries, VAT will be charged at 20%

SMOKING POLICY

Gomersal Park Hotel is a smoke free property and a charge of £250 will be applied should smoke be evident or evidence of smoking, in a bedroom or no-smoking area and/or evidence exists that fire detection heads have been tampered with.
